More personal than a Christmas greeting

It starts with their own little story.

A kind moment. A brave first try. Something funny—or a little bit cheeky. Parents choose what to tell Santa, and the reply is made from the details they share.

Families can listen together, share the reply or save it as a Christmas memory. They can choose a single reply or a seasonal pass.

Before you share the magic

A few practical questions.

Who can take part?
Charities, hospices, community groups and local causes can raise funds by sharing their own fundraising link. A staff member, trustee or authorised volunteer can set up and manage the account for the organisation.
What do families actually buy?

A parent tells Santa what their child has been up to and receives a personalised voice reply based on their report. Families can choose:

  • One Reply — £3.99
One report to Santa and one personalised voice reply. No account is needed.
  • Season Pass — £14.99
25 replies in total, with up to 1 report per day and 5 child profiles.
  • Priority Pass — £24.99
60 replies in total, with up to 2 reports per day, 5 child profiles and priority generation.

All three options are one-off payments. Season and Priority Passes are valid until 31 December 2026. Taking part is optional, and purchases are made by adults.

Does it cost our organisation anything to join?
Joining is free. There is no stock to buy or upfront payment to Report To Santa. Families choose whether to buy directly through your fundraising link.
What should we advertise with?
Sign in to your FirstPromoter partner account and open the Assets section to find our ready-made promotional materials, including images and the demonstration video. Choose the materials that suit your supporter newsletter, community updates or social pages, and share them with your own fundraising link. You can also adapt the example supporter email on this page.
Where should we advertise?

Start with the places your supporters and local community already use:

  • Your supporter newsletter, member emails and volunteer updates.
  • Your organisation’s website and social-media pages.
  • Approved community WhatsApp groups, local Facebook groups and volunteer networks.
  • Community noticeboards, charity shops and Christmas events, using a poster with your fundraising link or a QR code that opens it.

Always share your own fundraising link so purchases can be attributed to your organisation. Keep the invitation aimed at adult supporters, explain that your organisation earns commission, and ask the group administrator before posting in a group you do not manage.

Can families use one pass for siblings?
Yes. Season and Priority Passes each support up to five child profiles. The total reply allowance and daily limit are shared across the pass, so families can use their replies for different children.
Can this sit alongside our Christmas appeal or other fundraising?
Yes. You can offer this as an additional way for supporters to help, alongside your Christmas appeal, events or other fundraising. Choose the channels and timing that suit your organisation.
Who should we share it with?
Share it with adult supporters, volunteers, members and people in your wider community who have children in their families. They can choose to enjoy a Santa reply while helping your cause. Taking part is entirely optional.
How much will our organisation receive?
The standard rate is 30% of the qualifying amount actually received by Report To Santa for an eligible purchase attributed to your partner account. Discounts affect the amount paid. Refunded, disputed or fraudulent purchases do not qualify.
Do we need to collect payments or send out replies?
No. Families buy directly from Report To Santa. We handle checkout, generation and delivery of the Santa reply. Your organisation shares its partner link through its own approved supporter communications.
Do we need to share our supporter list or children’s information?
No supporter list or children’s photographs are needed to run this fundraiser. Families submit their own reports directly to Report To Santa. You provide the details needed to register your organisation and set up payouts.
How are purchases tracked?
Customers should click your referral link before each purchase to help ensure it is attributed to you. Later purchases are not guaranteed to earn commission unless tracked to your account. Tracking can be affected by device changes, deleted cookies, privacy settings and ad blockers. Your partner dashboard shows the purchases attributed to your account.
When are funds paid?
Payout runs take place on 1 November and 1 December 2026 through Stripe for eligible balances of £50 or more. Smaller balances carry forward. The final run on 2 January 2027 includes eligible balances below £50. Complete your Stripe payout setup to receive payment. All payments are subject to commission and payment checks. Held balances are paid once cleared. Refunds, chargebacks and fraudulent purchases do not qualify. Bank arrival times vary.
Where do we get help?
