Report To Santa provides a personalised digital family-entertainment service. A grown-up writes a short report and we create a digitally generated Santa voice-note reply from the information provided.

What we collect

Your report text, any first name(s) or pronunciation notes you choose to include, your email address and, for account holders, basic account and usage information such as pass status, saved profile first names and timezone. We deliberately do not ask for surnames, dates of birth, ages, home addresses or school details.

Why we use it

We use this information to create and deliver the requested Santa reply, keep account features working, process payment, provide customer support, prevent misuse and apply safety checks to submitted reports.

Services we use

We use Supabase for database, authentication and storage; Stripe for payments; OpenAI for script generation and moderation; ElevenLabs for voice synthesis; and Resend for transactional email. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Report content, generated scripts and audio are scheduled to expire 90 days after creation. You can delete a report earlier from your account where that option is available. Payment and business records may be retained for longer where required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards made available by those providers and applicable data-protection law.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. To contact us about your information, email hq@reporttosanta.com.

Cookies and analytics

We may use essential storage needed for sign-in, security and service operation, together with limited analytics where configured. Any non-essential tracking should only be used in accordance with the consent choices presented on the site.
