Terms of Service

Report To Santa is a personalised digital family-entertainment service operated as a UK sole-trader business. By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 or over and understand that Santa replies are digitally generated entertainment rather than genuine correspondence from Santa Claus or the North Pole.

The service

You submit a message and choose a reply style. If the message passes our safety checks and payment or pass entitlement is valid, we create a personalised Santa voice reply based on the information supplied.

North Pole Passes

One Reply is a single purchase. Season Pass and Priority Pass are also one-off purchases, not subscriptions. Their reply allowances, daily limits and availability period are shown before checkout. Passes are for personal family use and are not transferable.

No guaranteed gifts

Santa replies do not promise or guarantee specific gifts, and nothing generated by the service commits us or any third party to provide a present, reward or outcome.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, abusive, sexual, exploitative or otherwise harmful material. Messages may be checked by automated safety systems and we may refuse a request that falls outside the service’s safety rules.

Payments, immediate supply and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe. Before payment, you must expressly consent to us beginning supply of your personalised digital content immediately and acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose the 14-day cancellation right for that digital content. We record this consent with the checkout transaction. Generation times are estimates rather than guarantees and may vary during busy periods. If a technical problem prevents proper delivery, please use the Report a problem option or contact North Pole HQ.

Refunds and statutory rights

Our Refund Policy explains our usual approach to bespoke digital content and technical faults. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
