Choose the free Mini Message after writing your report. You will not be asked for card details for the free reply. A complimentary Mini Message is available so you can try the North Pole experience.
The elves send your report into Santa’s Report Room as soon as it is sealed. Most replies are prepared within 2–5 minutes, although particularly busy periods can take up to 15 minutes.
If you want a longer reply with more detail, warmth and Christmas magic, you can upgrade the same report to Santa’s full personalised reply for £3.99 or open a pass for the season.

No. The free version is a brief two-sentence message. The paid reply is longer and can include more of the details from your report.
